Sponsors portal

We are not currently providing enough information about our current sponsors and how sponsorship works. The goal of the sponsors page(s) should be to educate, but also to encourage sponsorship/donations.

Need to discuss some ideas.

Should there be a sponsor donation portal page? A place where orgs can donate?

Possibly. This could all be on one page, or have a separate page for donations & more info, but a few thoughts:

• Section to highlight current sponsors
• Section explaining our current financial structure (how funds are disbursed to clubs, %'s for things like utilities, insurance, etc.)
• Section with relevant 501(c)(3) documentation (required to be easily accessible)
• Ways to contact us or a built in form for donations (possibly something we can hook up to a business PayPal account, as well as a mailing address)
• Sponsor letter/packet (https://robotcasserole.org/assets/documents/Sponsorship_Packet_2020-21.pdf is a good example, but is focused on a single FRC team)

Possible some of the above (501(c)(3) info, sponsor packet, etc.) could be included under the Wiki portion of the site and the sponsor portal page would simply be an overview.
