Warning-Track Interruption Facility   (September, 2012)

The warning-track-interruption facility may be available on a model implementing the z/Architecture. The facility provides the means by which a warning-track external interruption can be presented to a CPU in a configuration with shared-CPU resources, such as a logical partition. The control program can use the warning-track external interruption as the signal to make the currently-executing dispatchable unit dispatchable on a different CPU of the configuration.
