Min Freq disables all sound when set past 50%

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move the min freq slider past 50%
2.

What is the expected output? What do you hear instead?
There is no sound, even after changing the slider back or moving other sliders. 
Hard refresh gets things back to normal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
