Agenda:

Current State of the GRMS App Package:

  • Metecho - #44
    • Issues with adding branches resolved
    • Deploying sample survey alone w/out the new unmanaged package throws an error.
  • Base Package
    • Field label & Image names(needs assignment)
    • Images are for Appexchange review.
    • Folks could go through and review descriptions - have base data dictionary
  • Namespace
    • Namespace prefix assigned on managed package
    • Managed package- may need namespace here
  • Survey package
    • Status?
  • Permission issues (line 5)
    • All permission issues are in a permission set now.
    • Shun - need to update the permissions in the base package now (base SF package). Major App Package Decisions
  • Record Types
    • Need logic from Shun for discussion
      • Two record types in base package are used to filter the contact records in org, and currently the mobile app cannot recognize the other record types.
      • Will need to modify some SOQL queries to go with picklist option - Shun will try this out with a beta version to see if works. (DV - add github task)
  • Surveys
    • Include or not?
      • Could affect security review
      • Separate package would let folks have an example of what to do if they don't know where to start
  • Separate unmanaged package?
    • Yes- go with that

  • Security Review
    • Send to Cori for Checkmarx report (pending package decisions above) - Yes, let’s send it
  • Trish - working with Jean-Michael from Sharin Pix to assist with AppExchange page design.
    • Sharin Pix wants to then offer his app to folks that install GRMS
    • Who would get the leads then?
