Agenda:

  1. GRMS Package

    • What do we still need on the package to send it to AppExchange?
      • New version of sample package will be published this weekend. Merging Issue 100.
      • Everything else should be good to go.
    • Current versions if you still need to install/test

  2. Items from June Sprint

    • Current state of Install Documentation
      • Screensteps is here - Dar & Trish to coordinate
        • Need to merge in the suggestions from May 2022 Sprint with the Screensteps doc
          • Question on the Compact layout order & record type for surveys, and title. Github has both of these - needs to be sorted out. - Needs sorting out
            • Shun: Survey list in the mobile app respects the compact layout setting. Mobile app also accepts master survey record type, so creating a survey record type is not a necessary step now
          • Type field on the Field Worker & Client Relationship object - define & give examples (Elder, Child, Mother, etc - for future functionality, reporting)
        • Need to move these into GDocs Drafts - check with Cori
        • Dar will be working on streamlining & checking install documentation this month to produce a final copy and update Github. Will take Trish’s very close to final Screen Steps and compare to Github/run through installs and make sure everything is as we want it and as smooth as possible for installation.
      • Need a final version for submission for security review

  3. Security Review Checklist!

    • AppExchange Listing Text- Volunteer Needed!
      • Andy - writer
      • Richardson - editor
    • Checklist walk-through
      • Only the sections marked as OSC Team are ours. Will work on the checklist - Dar will assign out pieces/poke folks for assistance. Much of it is simple answer questions.

  4. Next Steps & Misc

    • Dreamforce proposal submitted. NetHope slot offered at a booth & proposal submitted.
      • We have committed to getting GRMS to security review by Dreamforce at the latest (Sept 20th)
    • Next Meeting - Same time slot for August? Should we try a weekend?
      • Will post doodle- going to try for a weekend as at least 2 members cannot attend on weekday timeslots.
