Dears,
I was trying to build the DB using the download script

$ ./download --download-library viral --db virusDB_CDKAM --threads 16
Downloading viral data:
Step 1/4: Performing rsync file transfer of requested files
Rsync file transfer complete.
Step 2/4: Assigning taxonomic IDs to sequences
All files processed, cleaning up extra sequence files... done, library complete.

Any idea what could it be?
