Recreate /var/cache/krb5rcache if it is missing #5520

We do install and own /var/cache/krb5rcache in spec file but content under /var/cache may be deleted. SSSD cannot access the rcache correctly if the directory does not exist. We need to make sure the directory gets recreated.

I suggest systemd's CacheDirectory=krb5rcache in a service unit, or if that is not tied to a particular unit, a tmpfiles.d snippet.

A tmpfiles.d snippet is a right way of doing it.
