Hi Guys,

Could you take a look what is possible form the SONiC and PoE perspective please?
I have in mind some PoE 1G or maybe MultiGig platform like Edgecore TD3.x3 and AS4630-54PE or AS4630-54NPE and monitoring:

  • PoE budget in total / per port
  • PoE power consumption per each port
  • PoE standard like IEEE 802.3at / 802.3af / IEEE 802.3b

Maybe a bit too far... how about switch front panel where you could easy and nice see that?

Appreciate!
LL

@Lukasz-vip , Thanks for bringing this up, PoE info is available on the Broadcom SONiC switch, I am just looking for one of the Devices you mentioned to do testing upon.

Front panel view is also a great visualization suggestion, Such visualization shouldn't be limited to PoE infact can cover many other features to display lets raise a separate issue for front panel view.
