User Story #33 - Add Referee to the System (TFF Admin)

User story #15 - As the TFF admin, I can add a referee to the system whenever I want, so if there is a new referee in the league, I can assign them to the matches.

• Name and surname cannot contain non-alphabetic characters.
• Statistics specified as net numbers must be integers.
• Statistics that are not specified as net numbers should not contain characters other than numerical values.
• Total number of matches should not be smaller than current season matches.
• Total number of red cards should not be smaller than current season red cards.
• Total number of yellow cards should not be smaller than current season yellow cards.
• All fields must be filled.
• If the adding operation was successful, the referee should navigate to the referee dashboard.
