Rewards for Donation

Every time a user donates surplus food, they can be rewarded with certain points or customised certificates. User can then use these points in future to donate whatever they wish to, not just food, but books, blankets,clolthes etc, because hunger can not just be limited to food!

i have made a pull request(Prototype for donation certificate). lookat #213
pls review it and merge if possible.
i have done the prototype, later enhancing it is a frontend task.
