[v3] Store usid in cookies #1193

Description

Plugin_slas recently released v7 where the usid is being stored in cookies. To make sure commerce-sdk-react is compatible with plugin_slas, this PR updates the auth module to store usid as a cookie. https://github.com/SalesforceCommerceCloud/plugin_slas/pull/93

Types of Changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change that fixes an issue)

Breaking changes include:

  • Adding a new peer dependency to package.json
