Upgrade UI of recruitment postitions page

This page should be more intuitive.

• there should be a descriptive heading on the page like: "Verv utlysninger for gjengnavn"/ "Volunteer position for gjengnavn"
• replace "position title" link with just text.
  • add a button: "go to applications", which navigates to the same location as the link currently does.
  • current 'eye' button should go to a position advertisement, page is separate issue Create frontend skeleton for position advertisement #1102
