The trim functions produce output that slightly differ from the original functions.

It is just slightly off and is probably due to a slightly different output from the trim_Infile() function. Either in what data it gets from the query or how it handles and calculate that data.

  • Compare sql queries
    • obses
    • visits
    • obsTidy
  • Compare output from trim_Infile()
  • trimIndex() calculations
  • indicatorAnalysis() calculations
