Summary

现在的HI3的启动器游戏设置只能自定义分辨率

Solution or Design

在https://dromzeh.dev/posts/hi3-fps-unlock发现hi3可以用与hsr类似的办法更改fps，想问问能不能将hsr的启动器游戏设置里的那个自定义（解锁）fps移植到HI3的启动器游戏设置里

崩3可以設置戰鬥幀數和主介面幀數，希望都可以添加自定义功能
