scoop update uses the word "locked" instead of the correct term "held" #3916

Although scoop uses the words "hold", "unhold", "held" for the concept of packages being prevented from updating, trying to update such package directly throws the following warning, using different lingo ("locked"):

Proposal: Unify the lingo, use "held" everywhere.
