RavenView button not opening the web browser
Docker processes not working even after adding a path variable (so BasinMaker and GridweightsGenerator not working). The image is pulled and the container is started/stopped/removed properly. Just the scripts that fail.
Subprocess.Popen output are not printed in real time like on Linux and Windows

RavenView is now fixed and the docker processes work. BasinMaker still does not work.
