How connect mysql database

I have a mysql database on AWS,

i have a .env having this variables

USER_DB
PASSWORD_DB
HOST_DB
DATABASE_DB

But i try

sea-orm-cli migrate fresh

its show a error Environment variable 'DATABASE_URL' not set, and the page seaORM ( https://www.sea-ql.org/SeaORM/docs/install-and-config/connection/#mysql ) don't show the method
