[Enhancement] Add dot matrix QR code generation

I'm trying to generate QR codes that I can then use in a 3D modeling software to allow me to make plaques with QR codes on them. I can't use the standard QR codes that have square pixels. They have issues when I import them into a 3D model and software because they make non-manifold edges. The qr code below is what im looking for. or export as svg and allow for a pixel between each qr code data pixel so its a bunch of squares.
