There are new instructions to install / enable the can hat since the raspberry kernel already has the configuration to use as device tree overlay. Also added instructions for installing can-utils
Correct formatting of Install instructions, update unistall instructions Added a couple of examples

I had used this HAT some yeares ago and worked like a charm but some weeks ago I needed to use it again and found that the installing method was changed without reflecting those changes properly here, so probably all other modules need an update too
First I took the instructions from the seed wiki

Then I had to read the solution from issue #13 to check for the 2 variations of board that exist
