@Flik210 if there is a directory in C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\ called cemu_UI delet this, then start cemu_UI.jar during the cmd and send me a pm with the output

(after setting up the directorys cemu_UI restarts and searches for all roms in the selected directory, this may take a while)

This error affects only nvidia card under Windows 10.0, 15063 (10.0.15063.0.0) and latest driver version 381.65 (previous not tested!) You could try to reinstall/downgrade to an previous version/update your driver. It's not a bug in cemu_UI.
or you could try the following: java -Dprism.order=j2d -jar cemu_UI.jar

Issue will be closed if it's fully resolved! for now add -Dprism.order=j2d to the start-command, this should help.
