when sending funds the transaction does not immediatly show up in activity - it ahs to wait for the server to sync

it needs to push to activity maybe with a hash as unverified, and once the server syncs then it can be replaced with the one form teh server

but ewither way - when you end funds and the trasnactipn is successful it needs to immediatly hit the activity stream not wait for refreash
