General about node-red-contrib-cip-st-ethernet-ip (because there isn't an issue button in that project)

1. Could you please add Issue button to https://github.com/SerafinTech/node-red-contrib-cip-st-ethernet-ip
2. Could you please change the reference (if you can) in https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-cip-st-ethernet-ip and https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-red-contrib-cip-st-ethernet-ip to point to the right github repository ?

I opened 4 issues in https://github.com/st-one-io/node-red-contrib-cip-ethernet-ip/issues but maybe is the wrong repository for your latest commit :

1. Reading a value from a matrix (bidimensional array) of STRING_8 cause the write of truncated string on plc st-one-io/node-red-contrib-cip-ethernet-ip#44
2. Offline plc related to a mismatched order in tags (only for arrays) st-one-io/node-red-contrib-cip-ethernet-ip#41
3. Some Plcs going offline after updating st-ethernet-ip st-one-io/node-red-contrib-cip-ethernet-ip#40
4. Plc is not automatically reconnected st-one-io/node-red-contrib-cip-ethernet-ip#39
