toggle autoscroll functionality hasn't been implemented yet and this is your time to shine!

Implement a toggle feature that allows users to activate and deactivate autoscrolling at will.
when autoscroll is activated, users should be able to freely scroll by holding onto the scrollbar thumb, with the autoscroll feature automatically resuming once they release it.
