IRedisTypedClientAsync Example

This took me about 30 minutes to figure out. How to create a IRedisTypedClientAsync. The over-use of "var" makes finding samples very difficult.

using ServiceStack.Redis.Generic;
IRedisClientsManager manager = new RedisManagerPool("localhost:6379");
