Different languages have different word orders, so I think adding a translatable string for affix item name template is a good idea.
For examples, in English, it is %s$0 %s$1 %s$2, and a item name looks like:
%s$0 %s$1 %s$2
Blessed Iron Sword of the Current prefix item suffix
In the other hand, in Chinese, it probably is %s$2%s$0 %s$1:
%s$2%s$0 %s$1
氣流之祝福的 鐵劍 su pre item
This will allow it to be more free to translate affixes.
