Issue description

I'm trying to format a list column and I'm seeing different results than other users in the community. The details of the issue can be found here. In general the issue has to do with the height and width attributes applied to the file type icon in a document library. In my case the img tag created for the icon does not have height and width attributes but others I have talked to do have them. I need to know why I don't have these attributes and how to get them applied.
