Include the reference next time. Issue with short description and minimal effort is bad practice. Thanks for reporting still

Hi,

I just want to pop up and elaborate on this issue.

Maybe its a stupid note but it might help someone who got lost the same as I did. I have read the reference discussion on this issue and read your advice to replace the .txt file. However, for me, it also did not work. At least that's what I thought. The thing is, that in my game folder were two animationsetdatasinglefile.txt files. One was in meshes folder (I don't know how it got there, maybe because I used FNIS before switching to NEMESIS but whatever) I tried to replace this file which didn't work. However, after searching for the file in search, I noticed there is another file named exactly the same in D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Nemesis_Engine\temp_behaviors.

After replacing this one the Nemesis finally started to work and it didn't encounter the error. Again this might be a stupid mistake but might help someone.

Nevertheless, replacing the .txt file in temp_behaviors folder fixed it for me. I still have to replace it every time I want to run NEMESIS but it works

Hope this help
L

I can also confirm the issue is still present.

The broken file is generated by the "Update engine" process. EVERY time I change my behavioral mod setup, I have to run Nemesis, click Update Engine, then close Nemesis, replace the .txt with the one provided on the original issue thread. Only then I can launch Nemesis and finish the generation without ERROR 5001.

Updating engine always produces this erroneous file. I tried different combinations of CGO, TK Dodge, Ultimate Combat, Jumping Behaviour and that one "blocking cancels attack one", it always produced invalid file and caused the ERROR until I replaced it.

Locale issue (sorting), if you run Nemesis in English, it works correctly. See: #338 (comment)
