Changes:

Return base costs, shipping, and total fulfillment costs for the order (Cost ea. column from Admin Orders modal)
On above article, on example, Remove total_price (and other things that are usually in Sell ea. column on Orders modal in our admin) as the API sellers don't use these fields and we don't return them on the endpoint (make example match actual output)
