In H1 we used to have the vite.config - to toggle
localCacheandpurgeQueryCacheOnBuild. Since H2's caching is still in development, I hope we would have those toggle options back when server-side caching is done.H1 also has a hydrogen.config that allows us to set up a custom logger which is quite helpful for debugging caching, slow query and server errors. Can we have something similar in H2?
