Removing And Adding Custom Resize Processor not taking effect

Hi as per my previous discussion #300 all i wanted to do was change how command queries was addressed as i had an existing middleware and we cant go through the whole project and change the image queries.

so this is what i did for testing purpose, but it seems to have no effect

so what am i doing wrong here?

Update: i had to copy whole class to my own to make w & h working.
