Embed Adjustments: how to flush/strip padding

Is there any way to remove these spacings/paddings?

How to get rid of the spaces where the yellow X-es are?
This is not an issue specific to this theme but ITS Theme seems most detailed so have hope you know some way.

Used the Obsidian Dev Console to extract the HTML in that zone and seems to be this

PS: This article https://forum.obsidian.md/t/flush-inline-embeds/7747/23?page=2 has Block_reference_embed.css but cannot make sense of it; and it did not achieve the above desired effect.
