spiegel.de hompage uses #ref instead of ?ref on some ressort links, for example:
http://www.spiegel.de/thema/meinung/#ref=meinunghp
http://www.spiegel.de/sport/#ref=ressortblock
I can't figure out how to add a rule for them.
