I dont think we have any reason to re-run the master pipeline on chore(release): commits, do we ?

de mes tests oui, une fois la release déclenchée, seul le pipeline de tag est triggered

ex: https://gitlab.factory.social.gouv.fr/SocialGouv/sre/simple-project/-/pipelines
