Problem make directly call IP to IP on diff network

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run device A on wifi A
2.Run device B on wifi B (diff network)
3.Make call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can make directly call.


What version of the product or source code revision are you using? On what
operating system?
Latest version. Run iPhone 5s device.
