Unable to connect to Sip server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Created Sip accounts using Sip2sip.
2.Placed those details in testRegistration.
3.And tried to run the code.
4.We are unable to connect to Sip server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Sip connection should be established. But we are getting below error

What version of the product or source code revision are you using? On what
operating system?

We are using iDoubs v2.x o for iPhone on MAC
