Some manufacturers doesn't not let us find if a server is a blade programatically

In order to let the user manage this his way, we need to let it handle this case with CLI/config parameters like:

--is-blade
--chassis <S/N of the chassis>
--blade-slot "Slot 01"

handles #149 case
