Examples of installed services

Several TreePattern and InTreeGreat services are already in production, in different databases:

• A TreePattern service, embedded in the GreenPhylDB5 database, available here.

• A TreePattern service, included in the Grass Genome Hub, is available here.

• A TreePattern service, included in the HOGENOM 7 database (1,000,000 gene families, results displayed by a specific HOGENOM visualizator), at the bottom of this page.

• A TreePattern service, a very simple implementation, on several green crops tree databases, available here.

• The nsLTPs family (thanks to MSD-Mind project, ANR Genoplant), including functional annotations, available here.
