✍️ Description

In the Outline the Moral Argument tab, clicking the drop-down menu for Perspective Character does nothing.

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

  1. Create a project
  2. Create a character named "Bob"
  3. Open Tools > Themes tab from the top menu bar
  4. Create First Theme named "Cooperation"
  5. Right click "Cooperation" > Outline the Moral Argument
  6. Click "Select Perspective Character"

Expected Result

  1. The character "Bob" should appear in the drop down.

Actual Result

  1. Nothing happens, the tab shows that it's being clicked but no drop-down appears.
