Connection Board Delete Button Missing

No delete option on the card view.

Change to list view and there is a delete button

Description

When viewing a Connection Request in a card view the delete button is missing even if the person has the security rights to delete. This issue isn't present for rock admins(we always see the delete button).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the rock demo site and view a Connection Board as Alisha Admin.
2. Click on the ellipsis(3 dots) and see the delete button.
3. Log out and back in as Ted Decker(he is staff and in the proper roles).
4. Navigate to the Connection Board and click on the ellipsis, notice there's no delete option.
5. Change to the list view and you'll notice the x(delete) on the far right of a row and he is allowed to delete a request.

Expected behavior:

The delete button to be present on a card view if security settings allow.

Actual behavior:

There is no delete button on a connection card.
