Calendar Item Occurrence List By Audience Lava List Title not displaying

Description

"List Title" field in the block settings on the "Calendar Item Occurrence List By Audience Lava" is not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the block Calendar Item Occurrence List By Audience Lava block to a page.
2. Change the list title field and fill in the other required fields.
3. Exit the block and refresh the page and the title will only display "Upcoming Events"

Expected behavior:

The title on the page to display what is in the field in the block settings.

It appears the lava file is missing the code for this.

Modifying line 4 has corrected the issue on my instance.
