When creating a Person data view with the Include Deceased option checked and using the Location Data View filter, the data view will not return deceased records even when the location is returned in the related location data view.

Expected Behavior

Person data view results should include the deceased person record.

Actual Behavior

Data view results are missing deceased records.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create and run a Location data view to find records in a particular state.
  2. Confirm the Location data view includes the location of a record that is inactive with a reason of Deceased.
  3. Create and run a person data view with the Include Deceased box checked. Add the Related Data View filter of Location Data View and select the Location data view created in Step 1.
  4. Review the results to see if the deceased person record is returned.
