Combine multiple values to one line when showing values for multiple partition(s) Not Combining

Description

When using a Line Chart block, we have the "Combine multiple values to one line when showing values for multiple partition(s)" option checked. Previously, this would combine all values for a date and show one data point, but now it is showing as multiple dots for each date. It worked as expected in 14.2 but has changed in 15.3.

Actual Behavior

There are multiple dots showing for each date

Expected Behavior

Each date would only show one dot that is the combined total value of all data points for that date. The screenshot it of the same block before the update to 15.3 from 14.2.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to Metrics
• Create some metrics for different services for the same date
• Add a Line Chart block and set it to the metric used above
• Check the combine option in the block settings
