Somehow, the superpac deleting option is taking forever, even though it seems like an easy operation.
Identify this and other problems with the seeder, and speed it up, aiming for a target based on pickled data to under 30 seconds.

Add SQL snippet to a new .delete() function in the interface of Seeder.
