Setup

put chatsounds.py in %APPDATA%\HexChat\addons
load plugin in HexChat, listen to the voices
once set up:
  /chatsounds paths chatsounds set "C:\path\to\repo\chatsounds"
  /chatsounds paths vpk add "C:\path\to\Half-Life2\hl2"
  /chatsounds paths vpk add "C:\path\to\other\vpks"
/chatsounds update
/chatsounds load

• Python2.7.9: https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-279/ ( 64bit if 64bit HexChat )
• HexChat with Python2.7 Interface: https://hexchat.github.io/ ( 64bit if 64bit Python )
