Deleted forum threads befuddle Ore

Could not connect to forums, please try again later. is the message that Ore logs when it has trouble with the project's forum thread being deleted. This happens either (but not both!) with trying to update the first post with documentation or trying to make a "new update!" post.

I propose:

• Introduce some sort of alert if the thread is deleted so forum staff can resolve the error or have Ore simply update the thread anyway (give it access).
• Don't log if the forums happens to go offline but rather queue the task for when it's back.

Feel free to break this issue into smaller pieces to solve at a time.

Posts are now queued, but deleted threads still break Ore. The best thing would be if those threads didn't get deleted, although I guess we can add some handling for the case where the thread is gone, but still present in the DB.
