Disallow moderators from reviewing their own projects

Thought I might as well make an issue for it, so it can eventually be taken care of.

Currently I or any of the other ore moderators can review our own projects (but we don't do it, of course), though we shouldn't have the option to, it's as simple as that.

Possible solutions:

• Simply remove the UI buttons for it when looking at your own projects.
• Prevent moderators from calling the start review endpoint for their own projects.
