Once #180 #183 #185, is implemented, the hamburger menu is not needed at this point. TEZEX has the luxury of being minimalist in this sense. and getting rid of the hamburger menu also frees more space for #182

@SiddharthV1 approval of this is contingent on #180, #183, #185 — those tickets would render the hamburger menu unnecessary, but without them, removal of the hamburger menu would cause missing features and no way to reach them.
