Supporting ast in conda-forge

Hi,

I've started adding a conda-forge recipe for ast (under the name starlink-ast) for the support of LSST code:

conda-forge/staged-recipes#8828

I'd be interested if you'd like me to list anyone as additional maintainers of that recipe, or if you have any desires as to how the build script and testing may be ideally performed.
