term::stdout() returns None unexpectedly #81

Can confirm. That's not supposed to happen. |
Turns out ncurses added a new terminfo file format. This is fixed in 0.5.0. Unfortunately, this is a breaking change so fselect will have to be updated. |

`term` crate has an issue reading terminal properties in gnome-terminal: Stebalien/term#81 This was fixed in term v0.5.0. Bump version of dependencies `term` and `prettytable-rs` to use `term` v0.5.* and do minor fixes to use new `prettytable-rs` API.

I tried running fselect whose first line is the following and it panics:
Environment:
TERM
:xterm-256color
Notably if I set
TERM
toxterm
orxterm-color
,term::stdout()
does not returnNone
.I don't have any trouble running other terminal command that I'm aware of. Presumably this a terminfo problem?
