Describe the bug
When storing new local ntrip settings, the service is not restarted with the new values.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the setting webpage
change some local ntrip settings values
click on the save button

Expected behavior
The local ntrip caster service should be restarted with the new values

Software/Hardware (please complete the following information):

RTKBase release number 2.3.0
